Meet Gaby: ‘Sales Excellence Platinum Award Winner of 2022’ for Isuzu Ute Australia
It’s great to have people in the team who have so much passion for their job – and there’s few more passionate than Gaby Cinalli.
Gaby is the Fleet Sales Co-ordinator at Bibra Lake and her expertise is D-Max and MUX; Something she has done exceedingly well at through Exceptional Customer Service, Building Business Relationships and Rapport with Valued Customers as shown by recently being nominated as one of the Platinum Winners for 2022 and won ‘Sales Person of the Year’ for Metro WA - Isuzu Ute Australia.
Further to that, she was second in all of Australia which is one heck of a good effort.
So how does one achieve that sort of level in sales performance?
The answer is with ‘Passion, Commitment, Integrity, Focus, Humility and Care’.
Gaby has been with Major Motors for almost two years, beginning as an Assistant and later becoming Fleet Co-ordinator taking over from her predecessor.
She is however, not short on customer service experience having previously worked at another motor vehicle dealership for seven years and prior to that involved in Hospitality, Business Analysis, Accounts, National Co-ordinator, Showroom Co-ordinator and Demonstrator for a variety of well known Brands including Cooking Demonstrator showcasing not only the products, but her flare, passion and dedication to participants, customers and herself. business.
Along the way, she’s also had two children, worked full time, provided Catering as a side-gig and always with Focus and Dedication.
So what’s the secret to this level of success?
Gaby says it is all about Loving what you do, giving the Best Customer Service, being true to yourself, Pride and Happiness.
‘Honestly, it’s not about being the best or better than anyone else; I’m not a competitive person when it comes to others, just myself. I have to commend my Husband and Son for their support and understanding when I’m so focused that the ‘crazy, fun loving, dancing, singing Gaby’ is in ‘work mode’.
